Healing:

  • Food – no spicy foods, caffeine or other stimulants

  • Feng Shui – soft colors and monochromatic themes create a calmer environment. Remove sharp cornered objects or plants with spiky leaves. Add more water in your environment.

  • Increase the fire in your body – drink hot or warm drinks (avoid cold drinks), eat hot, cooked or spicy foods
  • Risk taking – Practice taking risks. Start small and build. It’s like a muscle and it needs working out. Let go of perfectionism and having to ‘look good’. 
  • Strengthen the will – set daily goals that are reasonable and exercise your will to accomplish them.
  • Physically – strengthen your abdominal muscles through yoga or other exercises.
  • Feng Shui – bring more bright colors into your environment – paint, curtains, even what you ware. Also reds, orange and bright yellow bring more fire. High gloss paint reflects light and moves energy more than flat finishes. Add more light to your space – open blinds and add lights. Have living plants in your house will add to the movement of energy and increases fire energy.
